MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word or MS Access) frequently utilized by AutoCAD users: writing documents, exchanging data, working on presentations. Creating of convenient environment in MS Office is important. I'm not a big fan of partial menus in MS Office showing only recently used options and often hiding the ones you need right at this moment.
If you prefer full menus, then
1. Open MS Office application, e.g. Excel.
2. Click on menu Tools-Customize...
3. In Options tab check Always show full menus
In all MS Office applications you will have full menus (see images below)
